InstaScreen is an on-line pre-employment and tenant screening tool. This state of the art process is easy to use and provides instant results on many products ordered. Clients may check the status of their order at any time and once an order is completed, the client will be notified via email.

The Online Process

DK designed the following system to make the process of submitting background requests simple and quick.  After the prospective employee is provdied with the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT and completes the INQUIRY RELEASE FORM, the process is as follows: 

1) LOGIN:

  • Enter the www.dksecurity.com website
  • Click on 'Client Background Screening Login' button, located in the upper right portion of the homepage.
  • Enter your User Name and Password
  • Enter the requested information

2) CONDUCTING THE SEARCHES:
DK processes the requests within minutes of receipt 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

3) DISSEMINATING RESULTS:
Depending upon the type of search requested some results are available for viewing online immediately, most are available within the hour, and others involving various counties or certain states may take longer.  Once all results are received for the individual being evaluated, the client will receive an immediate email with an easy link to access the results.  The entire process (with the exception of some out of state checks taking up to 36-48 hours) is completed within 24 hours of the client request.
