Over the course of 25 years of progressive service with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Robert DuHadway earned a reputation among his colleagues as a top law enforcement officer. While on his first assignment as a special agent in Jackson, Mississippi, he conducted investigations of civil rights violations, extortion, kidnapping, bank robbery and other federal offenses. He later transferred to the Grand Rapdis, Michigan Resident Agency where he served as a special agent and as assistant supervisory resident in charge. In 1985, Mr. DuHadway was designated as agent in charge of the Grand Rapids office and directed FBI operations for the Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and St. Joseph areas for nearly 10 years.
Mr. DuHadway has received advanced training in FBI specialties such as drug enforcement, hostage negotiation, criminal investigation, white-collar crime, media relations, crisis intervention and organized crime. He is also a certified hostage negotiator and a certified fraud examiner.
A native of southern Illinois, Mr. DuHadway earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Eastern Illinois University. He is also a United States Air Force veteran.
 John Kendall's distiguished career in law enforcement spans 32 years and includes 13 years as the U.S. Marshal for the Western District of Michigan. While serving as U.S. Marshal, Mr. Kendall received five outstanding and distinguished service awards from two U.S. presidents and three attorneys general.
Mr. Kendall's law enforcement experience began in Vietnam working air base security and counter insurgency for the U.S. Air Force Air Police. He later held positions as detective, chief of police and undersheriff in various Michigan communities and in 1981, was apopinted to the Department of Justice by President Ronald Reagan.
Mr. Kendall is an experienced labor negotiator and contract manager. He has developed security systems for several high-risk government facilities and corporations, as well as enforcement and security initiatives used by state and local governments nationwide. He has managed executive protection operations for federal judges, Supreme Court justices, cabinet officials, foreign dignitaries, celebrities, and government protected witnesses. He served as chairman of a national EEO advisory committee that developed significant EEO policies and enforcement procedures for the U.S. Marshal Service.
During his tenure as U.S. Marshal, Mr. Kendall used innovative management and lobbying techniques to bring over $15 million in federal funds to Michigan cities and counties. He also seized, managed and successfully liquidated over $18 million in forfeited criminal assets resulting in millions of dollars being distributed to cities and counties throughout the state.
Mr. Kendall has a bachelor of science degree in police administration and a master of science degree in public administration, both from Wayne State University.
