InstaScreen:  Our Online Tool

InstaScreen is our new on-line pre-employment and tenant screening tool.  This state of the art on-line process is easy to use and gives instant results on many products ordered.  Clients may check the status of their order at anytime and once an order is complete the client will be notified via email. 

Getting Started Is Easy!

STEP 1:  Consult with DK’s Nancy Rhodes and determine which services are most appropriate for your needs. 

STEP 2:  Complete the Client Worksheet and Service Agreement.

STEP 3:  Follow the online DK Screening Process (below) or simply fax/phone  your request to DK.

DK designed the following system to make the process simple and minimize time invested by the client.  DK will walk you through this process until you are comfortable with the login procedure.
  1. LOGIN:
    • Enter the dksecurity.com website
    • Click on 'Client Background Screening Login' button, located in the right column of the homepage.
    • Enter your user name and password
    • Submit your request
  2. CONDUCTING THE SEARCHES:
    After receiving the request, DK will confidentially conduct the search within 24 hours for Michigan residents.  (Nation-wide searches are conducted with 1-2 weeks)

  3. DISSEMINATING RESULTS:
    DK will forward the results within 24 hours (depending upon the requested search) via email, fax or telephone.  The completed package will include an explanation of court records.
