DK Security believes strongly in the importance of hospitality security. In many instances, our officers are the initial point of contact for employees, visitors, and patrons. It is our responsibility to greet and assist individuals entering and exiting the premises in order to create a positive impression on behalf of the client. DK takes this role seriously and invests training resources via DK’s G.I.F.T.S. training program. The G.I.F.T.S program was developed to train our officers to interact with individuals in a kind, sincere, and professional manner.
